What can I expect from an Open Day?
A Rockport School Open Day offers an invaluable opportunity to get a feel for what life is like here. It's a chance to ask questions about our admission process, meet with teachers and students, hear from the Headmaster, experience a guided tour and ask important academic and/or general questions.
Everybody is welcome - there is no need to book your place. Please come to Reception for refreshments served from 10am, tours will depart from the Old Library and Mr George Vance, Headmaster, will deliver his address at 11:15 in the Centenary Studio.
We understand that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions parents (and their children) will make and it's important to understand the school's priorities when making a selection.
While for some it may be an academic focus, for others it could be extra-curricular, facilities, pastoral care, or a combination of everything!
We’ve compiled a short list of areas we are asked most about during our Open Days and we hope this is helpful in preparation for your visit in advance.
