Netball
Netball is very popular at Rockport with all girls having the opportunity to participate in class sessions and also club time. Junior teams play in the Bangor & District League and Cup competitions. Rockport has qualified many times for the Northern Ireland Finals winning the Northern Ireland U11 Primary Schools Trophy three times.
The prep school netball tour is always very popular with 30+ girls travelling each year to Nottingham to participate in the Annual I.A.P.S netball competition. Senior teams play in the Belfast & District league and the Minor, Junior and Senior teams have enjoyed a lot of success over the years.
Each year Rockport are well represented at netball trials with Rockport girls being selected for regional and national teams.
