Holywood also play matches at Rockport and some of the Holywood members assist with coaching at the school. A cricket festival was inaugurated last year as part of the 'Centenary Celebrations' and featured teams from Mourne Grange, Brackenber, Rockport and Cabin Hill. The event which featured old boys (and girls) from the respective schools was deemed so successful that it has now been established as an annual event.
Mr Nicholl, the cricket coach at the school was a former Zimbabwe National Schools U19 World Cup cricket selector and provincial coach and currently plays for Holywood cricket club.
