There is a distinct progression through the Department and staff work together to foster the children's cognitive development, to lengthen their concentration span, to stimulate their curiosity and to help them communicate through a wide range of activities.
Parents are encouraged to attend the Parents' Induction meetings at the beginning of each academic year. These meetings help create a strong link between home and school and ensure consistency of approach.
