The full time members of the Modern Languages Department are Mrs Rhonda Palmer (French) and Mrs Patricia Taylor-Hummel (Spanish).
The History, Geography and Religious Studies Departments are also extremely dynamic Departments within the Rockport curriculum, with all three subjects being introduced from earliest days in the Pre-Prep Department, with emphasis being placed upon local History and Geography and well-known Bible stories at this early stage. Pupils continue with these subjects to Year 10 and then they can opt to do them for G.C.S.E. The full time members of these Departments are; Mr Josh Reynolds (History), Mrs Dawn Toland (Geography) and Mrs Suzanne McCartney (Religious Studies).
Media Studies is a fascinating subject, which is introduced to pupils at Year 11. Pupils study the Media through film, newspapers, magazines and radio.
