Drama
Drama is an integral part of life at Rockport; it is seen as a means of improving pupils' confidence (in addition to providing a source of great fun!) and all pupils are involved from an early age.
The major school production plays over three nights in February of each year and involves children from Years 6 -12. Recent successful shows have included Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, My Fair Lady and Guys and Dolls.
Opportunities exist behind the scenes as well as on stage, with pupils taking a leading role in all aspects of staging the production - Senior School pupils have areas of responsibility which include lighting, sound, backstage management and crew.
